In 2014, I had the most incredible opportunity to photograph RIDETZ, a 400-mile Tanzania bike ride, where riders from around the world come together to ride from Kilimanjaro to the Indian Ocean as part of a fundraiser for The Foundation for Tomorrow (TFFT). TFFT is a non-profit organization that addresses vulnerability through the power of quality education. Their programs focus on the value and promise of each student, each teacher, and each community that they work with, providing out-of-reach education to some of Tanzania’s orphaned and most vulnerable children.
